What is CJC-1295 with (dac) and without DAC?
CJC-1295 is a peptide hormone made of amino acids.. CJC-1295 with DAC or Drug Affinity
Complex is a longer lasting version of CJC-1295. Drug Affinity Complex
versions are linked to a non-peptide that lets it bind to albumin in the
blood. CJC-1295 is considered an alpha-peptide and formally called a
tetrasubstituted GRF(1-29).
What is the History of CJC-1295?
CJC-1295 is a synthetic hormone. It was initially planned to be used to treat muscle wastage
in HIV patients. Clinical trials by took place in 2005 and
2006. There have not been many studies as to its effects in people or
animals, much less tissue cultures in the lab.
While still considered to be a research compound, it has been adopted by a number of body builders and life-extension advocates as a method of triggering the release of natural growth hormones instead of injecting the body with expensive human growth hormone which requires a doctor’s prescription. CJC-1295 with DAC and without DAC is a research compound only and not yet approved by the Centers for Disease Control for medicinal use.

What Does CJC-1295 Do?
CJC-1295
(with dac) is called a Growth Hormone Releasing Hormone or GHRH.
CJC-1295 (with dac) is similar to growth hormones, and the body’s
tissues react to exposure by releasing Human Growth Hormone. CJC-1295
has a longer half life than HGH. CJC-1295 (with dac) lasts up to eight
days in the human body, with an average half life of five to seven days.
It binds with the albumin in the blood serum. When it binds to the
albumin, it travels throughout the body while remaining available for
use to tissue. CJC-1295 increases the secretion of IGF-1 and stimulates
the release of natural growth hormone. This in turn stimulates muscle
growth and the synthesis of proteins. However, long term use can trigger
resistance by cells to growth hormone releasing agents similar to the
evolution of Type 2 diabetes causing the body to stop responding to
insulin and other, potentially dangerous side effects.
The Dangers of CJC-1295
CJC-1295 stimulates the pituitary gland to release more growth
hormone. Regular use of CJC-1295 could cause damage to the pituitary
gland and affect its ability to reliably release growth hormone
naturally. Using CJC-1295 to stimulate growth hormone release could
result in desensitization to the body’s natural Growth Hormone Releasing
Peptides or GHRPs similar to the insulin resistance seen in Type 2
diabetes. And any usage could cause the body to release too much growth
hormone related bleeding, since this compound can interfere with the
blood’s ability to clot properly. Using CJC-1295 with DAC or without DAC
introduces the same risks as using HGH.
If you already have a pituitary tumor, using CJC-1295 could accelerate its growth. CJC-1295 both with and without DAC can raise your blood pressure and heart rate. CJC-1295 in early tests was linked to heart myocardial infarction in several rest subjects.
Another major problem with CJC-1295 is the fact that it is still considered to be under study. It is not yet considered safe enough for conventional medical usage such as the treatment of dwarfism or combating muscle wastage, much less considered safe to use to build up muscles by the bodybuilders who have added it to their regimen. Combining use of CJC-1295 with HGH could cause unwanted tissue growth.
Another risk of CJC-1295 with DAC and CJC-1295 without DAC is that it isn’t available as a prescription but sometimes as a supplement. This means that the CJC-1295 consumers get may not meet medical quality standards or any Western quality standards at all.
